I don't have all the threads in My notes but there was at least 2 different threads that named products. Search Polyurethane or just urethane.

http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/vintage-mercedHomemade Polyurethane Engine Mount Bushings did a similar fill, but used cheaper black polyurethane roofing caulk

Homemade Polyurethane Engine Mounts - bushings

When the owner found out the cost of new shock mounts, they elected to (emergency repair) try Polyurethane Construction Adhesive "Liquid Nails" – No. LN-950.
The whole thread from below

Polyurethane filled motor mounts has shore hardness comparison chart

I get mine at Reynolds Advanced Materials (Reynolds Advanced Materials | Everything for Mold Making & Casting), but a Google search for polyurethane casting resin will turn up lots of sources. The critical parameter is Shore A 30.

W123 urethane or silicone reinforced motor mount?

I used some 2 part polyurethane per some of the threads on this forum to refill my engine shock mounts. They are still in good shape. I'm thinking price was ~ $70 which should last me a long time if it continues to stay in good shape when stored. It looks like a lot to spend for what you're trying to do but would fill any size shape that you want.

not sure if this will be of use to you, but check out this fellow forum member's thread:

Flexane Urathene comes in 2 parts and you can get it in different Shore Hardnesses. But, as you said it is expensive.

I think one new Engine Shock Mount is around $125-$150 for one.

If you paid $70 for the 2 part Urathene and you made 2 Engine Shock Mounts fro that (mine has 2 of those upper Engine Shock Mounts) you saved quite a bit of Money.

Actually even if you only made one Engine Shock Mount from the Urathene you saved money.
