Identify these parts
The motor that came out of this 1970 220D reminded me of that Johny cash song. "It's a 66, 71, 84..." Someone had a big pile of parts.
I've gone through the EPC and know they aren't oem for this car. I ran the part number on the fuel filter housing and it's maybe for a 300td. I'm trying to confirm this heater control valve isn't right, before I determine I have the wrong cables. I only get about 75% on my cluster switch. Current position is closed, but to really close it I have to unhook cables and turn manually. Fuel filter housing I just want to know what filter to get. That is a wix for a 76 240D. It's working, but smaller than the German made one that came off. I'll order a better quality one, but want to get it right. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I've got a '72 220d and I can tell you that you have the wrong heater control valve. I'll try and sneak out to the office parking lot for a picture if you'd like.

Identify these parts
Thank you. I think I know what I need. Levers on the sides yeah? I'm glad to verify before changing it. Stuff like this confuses me.
