Mine is the same way.

My IP timing is off, I need delivery valve seals, and I have a **** ton of blowby.

I'm at the point where I'm engine shopping.

I swear I just love her

After getting her that new oil pump, new oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket....she still being a grumpy girl

I notice my fuel return lines leaking, so I cut them all back, stuck them all on paid close attention. Thought all was good.

The last few days, her damn groaning was getting annoying. So I started her up, and ran got my buddy. I told him turn the wheel so I can pin point the sound. But she wouldn't groan!!

So I assumed it was the tie rod...as well.... one of them new parts had the boots tear..so I greased the joint up....no more groan...

Till the next day, I was like it must be the filter it must be dirty...has to be...but before I pulled that out. I checked out the drivers side all my boots on ORIGINAL balls are perfect...but what? A loose shock bolt? and what diesel running down the block?

So I said fine and put new return line on her, tighten the lose bolt. Then I cleaned all the leaky fuel off..

I then pulled the filter and OMG...DUH moment...I forgot that back when she had her trans issues, I stuck the filter that had collapsed from the euro in her...until I ordered one...well totally forgot that...

So this "girl" was teaching me a lesson for doing that swap I forgot about...by leaky fuel return lines and lose bolts.

I see her crush washers on the trans drain bolt need to re placed too....I swear this is her way of telling me she wants fresh fluid as I told her I wasn't going to drain the trans x mix out just yet as I just put fresh fluid in...

Oh and yes....now she is dusty inside....I get in and am like what? where did this come from..

Oh and I am letting my buddy driver her as he needs the driving experience....and guess what...she is less noisy, smoother idling and just loving it...
