"Full Charge" is 12.65 to 12.75 Volts DC

Your Battery MAY have a weak cell.
Although I'll bet AZ didn't complete the Charge cycle.

More Importantly
What You (Or I or Anybody else)
"THINKS" about your MB's "Clean Bright and Tight"connections doesn't mean Squat!
All that matters is the connection's RESISTANCE as measured by
a DMM [That's in Measurement Compliance!]

Clean battery terminals and cable contacts with wire brush or sand paper. You can buy such a brush at auto parts store.

after you do all that, if it doesn't crank, check the fuses on top of the K40 relay inside of the computer box on the pass side engine compartment.

Ok before I go out and buy a battery I tried to jump it from running cummins and it cracks fine but still a bit weak so I am thinking it's a battery that went bad

I seen a vide if the k40 fuse going bad I may solder that as well

Will let you know.
