W210 Dirty EGR

Ive seen some photos via google, but not quite like mine. She's purty aint she?

Seriously tho, this is due to the intercooler tube oring failing right? Looks like the IM is coming off soon which means I should renew the fuel lines and shut off valve o-rings or is it just better to do the lines as well? So is this easier than taking off/putting on a w124 manifold(just did that)?

What a mess.

You can see the IM cap bolts, in addition there is a clamp and a bolt that you can basically only get to from beneath. Is a 30 min job the first time. Takes 5minutes to remove the topside side stuff, the rest of the time is spent crawling in and out from beneath getting the right combination of extensions needed to reach 24" up beneath the IM to get the last two bolts.

Ideally, you replace the IM manifold gasket also.
