I went to the store, and got a mini magnet extendible arm with flex end... Got it!
It was the nut from the belt tensioner spring pivot mount... The first nut you take off to loosen the belt... And I dropped it RIGHT BEHIND THE BALANCER!!! I could see it, so I tried to grab it, and of course, I pushed it back further... I could reach it with my fingers, but could not get it over the pan bolt boss...

Little pen size extension tool, had a 3" flex end... First try snatched it right out!
