Part question
Can someone tell me if W0133-1635833 is the part number for the large o-ring that is on the turbo side of the crossover pipe (other side of pipie goes to intake manifold and has a flat gasket)? And while I'm at it the # of the gasket to the intake manifold? Car in question is a 90 300d 2.5t. Thanks.

Usually you can reuse the intake manifold gasket and oring. The flat gasket you might want to replace. Or put so rtv on there til you get a new one. Its the easiest part to change out on the hole car probably .

0139972948 is the correct part.
But...why are you blowing so much oil? There are only two possible sources: - leaky turbo bearing seal (rebuild of turbo required) - swallowing oil from the breather tube (clogged air filter or worn engine) |

Yes

As mentioned by another member, my concern is the massive oil flow. This is NOT normal, and is too often a failing turbo seal. Excessively high oil level can also cause the oil to aerosolize = become a heavy mist = ingesting unregulated fuel. Here is a thread you need to read. Run away diesel, why does it happen? 175 MPG in an SDL. TURBO seal failure .
