Tried ordering these parts here, and after a week I got an e-mail that said the shipping is delayed. Are these parts still available new or am I SOL?

I wouldn't worry. Parts ordered from MB can take a couple of days to come in. Usually less then a week, but sometimes longer.

If the delay is not due to the recent winter storms, the parts may have been in an outlying warehouse/dealers parts dept. or
had to come from overseas (doubtful, but possible). They should be able to tell you if you call.
