Help identifying OEM rims

Tire shop says two of them are bent and I can't find any info about these on the net. Anyone know what model they came on or part number/name?

Not OEM rims. I've seen these before but don't remember what they are called.

I believe that is a Centra 31.

Yerp, definitely a Centra 31 16" rim. Seems they are popular on Euro cars. I don't know if you'll have a hard time finding a set of 4. Might be easier to go with something else.

x2 on the advice to go with something else.

The Centras had two issues: (1) serious deterioration of the chrome finish (not all were chromed but most sold in the US seem to have been), and (2) the center caps getting lost. The wheel in your pic is in very good condition for a chromed Centra.

If you have four center caps and two straight chrome wheels that look like the pic you posted, the good news is that you can make some money toward a new set of wheels by selling your center caps and wheels.

There are people out there missing one center cap who will love you forever. :D

Those wheels are absolutely beautiful. I love them.

I know next to nothing about wheels. Can the tire shop straighten them for you? If so, that's what I'd be tempted to do.

Specialty wheel shops may be able to get the bend out of them, but whether that's worth the investment depends on how attached you are to the wheels.

Or put 2 of one kind on one side and two on the other. As long as the sizes and offsets match there won't be any problems.
