So how do I make mine whistle?

Manual boost control (mine's a Vibrant). And a straight intake air system (mine's Silicone Intake Systems - requires simple fabrication).

How high of a boost are you going? Original head gasket?

Everyone on this forum knows the only way a 240D will go more than 60MPH is downhill.

pfft... My 240 will hit 75 on the highway without TOOOOOOOO much effort... ya need good ear protection at that speed, but it'll do it.
