Did everyone suggesting driving it up there...miss the part where she said the tires were in poor condition ?
Is she making the drive by herself ? Does she have AAA AND will all her route be in areas where she has cell phone coverage ?
That is a very clean engine compartment.... so it very likely does not have the original engine.... but the condition of your engine would require at least a compression test to start with....

She hasn't posted here or elsewhere on the forum in weeks, so we just don't know what if anything, has transpired with the car or transport situation.

I noticed that and sent both email and PM with the info on a good local MB repair shop...
I also suspect she is in the NE already...

FWIW, she was on PP just a few days ago. Just posted nothing.

I was thinking Washington State.... but got my E and W mixed up...
Whichever it is .... I do suspect she is already there.... or stuck in route...

It was clear she wasn't going to drive it to Seattle, WA from Central Texas, too. She had a newer econobox Asian / possibly a Japanese car, and there was the question of which one to either drive or ship. I would think that she would have updated this thread in some way? But I guess not. I also checked to see if she'd place an FS thread on PP, but again.....nothing. It's possible it's long gone on CL, but again, who knows? It's all speculation.
