Seller is gummysource. Again, two of my adjusters do not work -- since it's the same on both lights, it makes me thing it is a) user error or b) they don't work on any of the units from the factory or c) I happened to get two housings that are defective in the same exact way.

I think the W124 Euro lights have vertical adjustment for both fog and main lenses. Maybe you were adjusting the fogs (that were off) and were looking at the main beam level?

They should be brighter because the H4 bulbs use 55W; the original housings used 45W, on low beam.
