wastegate stuck open

Hi,after boat loads of reading my kkk wastegate is found to be stuck open.
pressure gauge is present indicating way too much boost.

Have turned wastegate back 3 turns and noticed nothing going down, then took wastegate hose and blew into it without any restiance.

Stuck open?

What would the next step in this process be?

Haven't been able to find a rebuild kit yet if this is where it's heading.

That happened to me on a 617 ended up catching the air cleaner on fire. Before the engine quit on over temp. Removed turbo and cleaned to all was ok after that. It was caused by too much blow by.

Have you looked at an aftermarket BOV or blow off valve? Might get annoying also but very tunable and plumbed back into the exhaust might not be too bad.

If you find a replacement I would be interested in the old turbo for a low risk rebuild project. And I could use my good WG when I swap it in.

Good luck though
