Question Front Wheel Vibration

My Mercedes Benz 1984 300 SD front passenger side have a vibration when car reach 60 MPH in highway. I went to a tire store and the technician found the tire not evenly worn. Tire was changed and properly balanced and it improved but a small vibration, much less than before still coming when the car reach 65 to MPH. Vibration is not sideways but up/down.
What should be the next thing to be checked?
Thanks.

Find a friend and another car.....
Go out on a at least a four lane road.....
and get up to the max vibration speed....
if it is still the tire the follower car will be able to see movement in the tire... observe both sides at the max vibration speed....
Report back results...
I see Vstech mentioned shocks..... but they are not meant to take care of all vibrations...
The vibrations may have worn out the shocks.... so replacing them will just put another set in jeopardy.....lol

Any chance that you can post a photo or two of the tread (worn area)? Lots of things can cause 'uneven tire wear' & vibrations including a tire coming apart internally, wheel balance, shocks, loose suspension/steering parts, axle tramp, bearing wobble, bent wheels, out of round wheel/tire, etc.

Unless one has the ' Chassis ' manuals with the pictures of expected tire wear from a normal machine... that may not help.... as the wear pattern is not standard....
