Reattaching sound insulation on kick panels?

The staples holding the sound insulation to the plastic kick panels has pulled out. How would you reattach the sound insulation on the kick panels?

Thank y'all in advance for the help!

I'd experiment with spray on glues (no advice or tips yet as I've never done it myself yet)

Please let us know how it goes. Also, what about a fabric glue? You could probably put the glue down in vertical stripes so when you go to take it off it comes off easy with a pull.

Spray-on contact cement (weather stripping adhesive) has worked well for me. Be sure to mask the area to be cemented as the spray will get everywhere.

I just had a great experience with 3M Headliner & Fabric Adhesive on insulation. It's made to hold heavy materials upside down, which is quite a task. It's also easy to control where it sprays, so you don't have to mask anything.
