I swiped the attached photo from another post, but the red arrow shows the part I need help with.

I wasn't clear when I posted this last night. I'll try to describe it a different way.

My issue is with the driver's seat. I have been having trouble moving the seat forward and rearward. The long black plastic sheath that covers the long metal strap is all chewed up. The long black plastic sheath can be seen in the attached photo. It's about 18" long. Is there a diagram of the seat belt parts?
