New Oil pressure sender but still not good.

I bought this car a few months ago and oil pressure gauge reads 3 as soon as you start car.
1985 300SD.

So I bought new sender and it still is exactly the same.
What is the next step I should do?
Change the wires? Check ground ? Where is the ground?
