W140 Rear Seatback Removal (non-reclining)

Has anyone removed a rear seatback from a W140 (S300 D)?

I bought one for my Son and he's trying to get to the subwoofers, which requires rear seatback removal to remove the rear shelf, ... but I can't get the top of the rear seatbacks loose after removing the bolts at the bottom.

Thanks,

maybe it is a hook type mount (remove the fixing screws/bolts at the bottom then pull out and lift) like my 300sd

2 bolts top, 2 top of the sides, 3 on the bottom, vacuum lines to headrests. Easier than I had expected once all of the trim is removed.
