TDC mark on the crankshaft pulley

Hi Sirs-
1958 190db diesel engine--
the crankshaft pulley has graduations of 10, 20,30 degrees going left and right. In the center between left and right is "OT". Does that mean TDC?
Thanks

It does on my 1984 300D.

Remember OT will show up at Top Dead Center on the Compression and the Exhaust stroke.

Also on mine the TDC line is between the like this; O l T
