Look for Propel's "Diesel HPR" in the Bay Area. I bought it for 20c less than D2 last week ($1.69/gal I recall). Compatible with any diesel engine, none of the the 2-tanks and pre-heater stuff that B99 requires, plus it is true bio so you still help the earth.

Re looks, you can change a W123 car (1982-85) to Euro headlamps to give the front a much more modern look (search Google Images and ebay), but I agree that the 96+ cars do look better. But, in 10 years perceptions may change. You know, the round-square-round thing car companies have been doing since the 1950's to make people want the "new look".

thanks bill! i look look for the propel stations a county or two over. B99 does not require those mods, though, just the rubber bits changed.
