OM603 Prechamber help

Got a 603, #18 casting head, with messed up threads for the injector. Looks like someone cross threaded the injector.
So, I'm needing a tap, to clean up the threads so I can pull the prechamber.
My biggest question is, anyone know the thread size and pitch?
Thanks to any help you can give.
***NOTE*****
My injectors have the threads down next to nozzle end, not partially up like earlier 603's.

If the prechamber's junk, weld the end of a slide hammer to the prechamber or punch it out from the combustion chamber end. Set a thick protective mat over the combustion chamber with a hole to expose the prechamber tip and pound away. You might try a hydraulic press on the tip but I don't know if the head surface around the locking collar is hard enough to put up with a press.

Well, if the head was off, I could do that, but head is on, engine runs, but it has eaten the heat shield, when it was discovered. I've got the tooling to pull the prechamber, but you know the tool screws into the same threads the injector does, so only catching a couple threads.
Need to clean up the threads with a tap, then I'll pull the prechamber.
Thx.

If your 603 has the Prechamber Retaining Ring with 2 large slots on it the Injector threads into that ring and you only need to replace that ring.

If the ID of your Prechamber Retaining Ring is splined they the Injector screws directly into the top of the Prechamber.
If you have the splined prechamber retaining ring you need to remove that ring.

You could chase the threads (fill the flutes/grooves on the tap with grease to catch the chips) clean and degrease the threads. Get the Prechamber removal tool and clean and degrease the outside threads. Coat the PRechamber Tool with slow setting JB Weld, screw it in and let it cure completely.
Be sure you remove the Glow Plug before trying to get the Prechamber out.

Screw in the Slide Hammer and slide hammer it out.

After the Prechamber is out a propane torch can be used to burn up the JB Weld to get the tool out and the tool wire brushed.

I know which prechamber I have. It's got the splined retainer. I have all the tools to remove; all I'm asking is the thread size for a tap.
Worse case scenario, I'll cut some slots in a old injector, and use it as a tap.
Thx.

This is a spec for the Prechamer Puller: Klann KL-0369-4 Double Ended extractor tip. With M22x1 and M22x1.5 threads. Used to remove the pre-chamber from the diesel cylinder head. Engines OM 601, 602.91 /93 /94, 603.91 /93 /96 /97, 604, 605, 606, 615, 616, 617.91 /93 /95. Must be used with your slide hammer. This tool has M12 threads for a metric slide hammer. If you need a metric slide hammer ask for a Klann KL-0049-200 hammer with KL-0049-2008 adapter.

It is one of 2 sizes M22x1 or M22x1.5. If you take a metric thread gauge to the Injector threads you will tell if it is 1 or 1.5 pitch.

I am at the Library and don't have access to my Notes.

I went home and looked at my notes.

The prechambers for the 617 Engines are threaded for M22-1

The prechambers for the newer non-617 Engines that the Injector screws directly into the Prechamber is thread for M22-1.5

Ok, just a update for anybody in the future. The newer prechambers, with the splined retainers; the injector thread is M22x1.5; confirmed, for the OM603.

And, because the Injectors screw directly into the Prechamber inside threads on the Prechamber for the Puller are also M22x1.5.
