Need Wiring Info

I can't seem to find a wiring diagram (or better yet, pin-out) for a Behr 951 606 481 00 "Thermo-Fan Switch" as it says on the box. It's a Porsche part. MXFrank supplied it and I THINK I know what to do but the one I have is marked differently from the instructions he gave so I'd like to be sure. The markings on the 3 switch terminals:

1

2

+

My guess is that you put power (B+) to the "+", the fan that's supposed to come on first on "1" to get it's relay excitation, and the second fan relay gets #2. The fans are supposed to come on sequentially with increasing heat. On Google I put in the PN w/"wiring" and got vendors for the switch but no diagrams of pin-outs. Just trying to be sure I have it right.

BTW - this is for the Volvo.

Thanks

Dan

Mike (MXFrank) found instructions that read
1) Lower temp fan on
2) Higher temp fan on
3) Common terminal (IIRC)

So I'm guessing my thoughts as detailed in the OP are right but??

Did I say that? The correct pinout is:

1) High
2) Low
3) Common..labeled + on your switch

You can use it to switch either power or ground, don't be concerned that it's labeled "+".

I'll send you a diagram.
