My 86 300sdl is missing the underbody panels, did any of these cars come come from the factory without them? So much of the car is original and in great shape, its hard to believe the p.o. would take them off.

All came with the panels.

Thanks, does that include the metal skid plate?

Many cars had the panels thrown away during service or after damage from road debris.

Ive heard of oil change shops leaving them off, when my '91 was new the local oil change shop wouldn't change my oil because it had the panels on it! Probablybdoing me a favor.
