W123 euro headlights
Is there a glass repair kit that can be used to fill in a small hole made by some gravel that it the Bosch glass lens on my E-Codes?
Or can I get a part number for a replacement lens? Thanks!

Yes and yes....I'm pretty sure. I'd try to buy a good used one though if I wanted to replace it. I'd probably fill the hole and wait to replace the lense if it gets foggy.

I bought one last June. I tried places that used to sell them but I had no luck. Ended up buying from the dealer but it had to come from Germany. It looked like NOS that had been sent out and then returned - dirty beat up box and a chip on one of the mounting ridges.
When installing a new glass, make sure that the clip goes on the glass first and then snap over the plastic other wise the glass will chip. That looks like what happened to the one they sent me. Part numbers are: left A 123-826-07-90 and right A 123-826-08-90 Price at the time was $131.90 list Canadian. |

Cool, thanks guys! Mine are the rectangular, not the roundies...roundies would look pretty cool though.

When I got my Bosch Euro lights the glass was "normally" pitted so I got a new pair from a competitor site. I then installed those on the car and sold the old ones. Then I lucked out with a pair of NOS Bosch Euro lenses for $100 so they are in storage for keeps.
Find a way to seal off the hole first then look for replacements. The worst thing that can happen is the reflectors corrode. Some heavy duty packing tape should work in a pinch and not affect the light. Alternatively, using the packing tape to cover the smooth (outer) end, you may be able to try fixing it from inside using glass repair resin kits.

I tried that... the trouble is the texturing inside the headlight. It makes it very difficult to get the sticky thing from the kit that you use to enclose the area that you inject the resin into to seal.
