How much is a parts car, W123/240D worth, significant damage to front end on one side i.e. not driveable?

I paid $400 IIRC for a running and driving 4 speed 240D that was a complete car but exceptionally rusty.

I paid $500 for my 85 300D that had damage to the left front from being driven into a ditch. 220k. Ran excellent and the interior was decent. No rust.
