"group index" page(s) for 123 chassis manual

I can't stand trying to get through this CD-rom or website. I'm in the process of making a single, indexed/searchable PDF (as well as a printed hard copy) version of the service/repair manuals for the 123/617.

I've isolated all the PDFS from that awfully outdated and hard to navigate CD-rom application.

I noticed the 617 engine folder contained a file called "group index" - that is the basic table of contents/structure for the manual. Here is a link to what it looks like.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10549909/pics/merc/g_index.png

This index page is also referred to in the 123 Chassis manual pdfs, but it doesn't seem to exist anywhere on the CD-Rom/website.

Does anybody have the "group index" page for the chassis, similar to the one I posted above for the engine manual?

Thanks!

If you pick a vehicle on the CD or website and choose the chassis manual the html pages list the main function group code with a verbal description.

For example -

Mercedes-Benz Model 123 Disc 1

You could then type the info in Microsoft Word and save it as a pdf file.
There does't seem to be ready made pdf of the info on the CD or online

I have been able to use a work around and can open my discs, not sure if volume 2 of the paper manual is all you need.

A paper manual is worth it's weight in gold.
