My friend said it sounded like I was misfiring. Since the injectors and cylinders tested good, I assume I should be looking into low fuel pressure. After sitting a couple years, and not knowing how the PO took care of the oil level in the pump, I'm pretty convinced it's the diaphragm. Now I have to find it, but it's not coming up under my car at pelican parts. I was able to track down a part number, if anyone is able to confirm it.
