Been thinking about replacing my current US Spec bumpers with front and rear Euro Bumpers.

What needs to be modified on a w116 1979 300sd in order to fit the Euro Bumpers?

If I can swap the bumpers I will also end of replacing the current headlights with Euro Headlights

A cool look would be the stock ones-with the overriders smoothed off and the bumpers pulled in tight against the body, but that does away with the safety shocks.
