Oil Increasing
So, summer has arrived and the transmission has gotten even more soggy, especially when warm. Check the fluid level after a two hour drive, and between the top most line and the bend in the dipstick. I have had in the past had increased fluid, but thought was imagining. Now since for the second time, am certain. Last time when pulled A.T.F., didn't see anything obviously wrong, like water.
So, where is this extra fluid coming from? Thank y'all in advance!

It is expanding due to heat.
Only check it according to the FSM instructions... which might just mean 15 minutes of driving or idling.. I do not remember.... but fluids expand when heated.. so do not worry unless it does not show the correct amount using the correct ' reading' method.

My dipstick with engine cold and car running is approximately 10 mm below bottom mark. It comes up to full when warm
