Wow. I should have watched the video before posting.

My previous comments are way off unless you have some smoke at the tailpipe.

I agree with Mercy- focus on the rack damper and 'idle adjustment' screw.

If those don't work, engine shocks will probably stop that. (again, assuming fuel pressure is stable etc..)

The engine is running just fine and I think you may be over reacting, like I did. it really sounds quite nice, but a longer video would really help.

How does it run when accelerating or driving normally? good power?

Get the engine to operational temperature. Then if you have a temperature reader carefully put the dot on each glow plug. You should find all temperature readings about the same at extended hot idle. If the power balance is normal.

This is not nearly as adequate or accurate as using the milli volt system but still may give a clue.

Lack of an even power balance is a common cause of shaking. Also processing air can have a similar effect. The best test for air is to put a return line in a jar with some diesel and submerge the end of the hose in it. Watching for bubbles appearing as fuel comes out the return hose. Or install a clear line in the return.

It is frustrating to pour money in on a shotgun approach. When there are ways to troubleshoot issues. In your case it could be several things. You want to find out what it probably is not with tests first.
