Removing turbo/exhaust manifold in one piece, but stops

Call me an idiot but I can't seem to figure out something (seemingly) simple. I'm putting on a new manifold gasket (617a) and got all the nuts off, exhaust pipe connection and oil (in) line disconnected, etc..

It all comes away from the block about 1/4 inch but I can't get it past that mark to clear the studs. The oil-return pipe is the only thing still hooked up but I assume it will separate at the mid-point like usual. Has anyone had problems with this sticking and not allowing the turbo/manifold come off?

What else might I be overlooking? It's like Im blind to something... it makes no sense!

Underneath the manifolds, right in the middle, there is a clip. You have to bend that. This is where you took out the deepest bolt.

Thanks. Didn't see that but will get the mirror out.

I assume I recall correctly that the oil drain pipe comes apart with a little tug? I have a new O-ring for it on standby.
