Injector Pump Timing

I have been looking all over for a video on how to set injector pump timing, preferably using the "drip method" as I think I have everything I need to do it this way. Am I just being thick and not seeing what is right in front of me? Or is it that difficult that nobody has made a video?

For the life of me, I can't find it!

You're correct, I never found a free video around that showed it. Is there some specific info you want?

I just want to know how to do it. I strongly suspect the timing was mis-adjusted before I got the car and need to check/reset it. I am struggling with some cognitive issues that will not allow me to read the procedure and do it, but I can follow videos.
