Question PCV VALVE REPLACEMENT

I bought a 2009 Mercedes E320 Bluetec and reading reports from Carfax I found couple reports that called my attention and I am sure that this forum will have good answers to my questions. Here is some reports about this car:
1- At 121158 miles this care had: Drive belt tensioner pulley replaced, drive belt tensioner replaced, drive belt replaced, idler pulley replaced.
2- At 132891 miles this care had: Crankshaft oil seal replaced, drive belt replaced,
3- At 148088 miles this care had: PCV valve replaced.
4- At 149711 miles this car had PCV valve replaced again.
Question: Why changes of PCV valve, tensioners and pulley were done more than once less than 30K miles?
The car today run very good with a lot of comfort and very quite engine.
It is normal from dealers t change parts so often?
Thanks.
