WOW. This is the first bad experience I have ever heard about involving Becker. Glad you posted.

Update--Becker sound sent me another rebuild unit and this one works great. They were quick to fix the issue so I'll give them that. The funny thing is that the 1st one they sent me had a similar issue to the orginial one i had in the car. The antenna would go up but not down
