Biocide for winter storage?

They've started salting the bridges and they'll be doing the whole road any day now.
I'm gonna tuck the '84 300D in when they do. I've used biocides for years on marine engines. Any reason not to on a Merc? You guys have any favorites or least favorites? Anything in particular that I should avoid?

Startron makes a diesel biocide that I have used and it works well, cleared it up and also plan on adding to the tank before putting Stinkerbell up for the winter.

+1 on the Startron. I feel it actually made my fuel sender work better.
