I would ask if someone can help me with a very strange problem.
I have a 300 D Turbo 1992 with original 722.357 with 350.000 Km.
Transmission is working not too bad except harsh 1-2.
Car start all the time in first but after many search it seem to be normal as it is Sport line version.
PROBLEM description:
P OK
R OK
D OK transmission do 1-2-3-4.
3 transmission do 1-2-3 OK
2 transmission starts in 2nd and stay in 2nd all the time no way to go in 1st .
I think it is something Inside valve body but i really do not know .........

My only guess would be shifter bushings that are starting to wear... but that's a shot in the dark.
