Broken 92 300d throttle linkage socket, where to buy
So i just started pulling the intake to do the glowplugs. I did the first without pulling it and gave up. This is the socket that comes off the injector pump linkage if that matters. It pretty much crumbled in my hands when i went to pull it, so i would like to replace all of them.

The sockets themselves are not a replaceable item on your car. You are expected to purchase new linkages or go to the junk yard and grab some even from gasser cars just measure the lengths. I've replaced the bulk of mine with 123 balls and sockets.

The socket size is the same as older ones that are made of all metal and had adjusters to change the length. When this happened to me I was able to take a linkage from an older Benz and use it. Easier to find.

By chance can anyone screen shoot their EPC manual on the linkage?

Yeah. The ball and socket part is the same size.

Well I ordered new linkage at the dealer was pretty reasonable. Going to epoxy the socket back together in the mean time so I can move the car if needed. Might hit up a pick and pull to look for the older metal linkage.
