w123 300TD C pillars with 3rd row seat?
I'm adding the third row seat to my w123 wagon. I was curious what other people have done for the extra seat belt hole in the C pillar trim? Do people usually cut a hole in their existing trim or seek out the pieces from a parts car?

I'm curious about doing this. How hard was it to find & install the parts?

I have a set of 3rd row C pillars now but the original hole bezels are missing and the PO used the vacuum line trick as well. |
I checked on the auction site. For *only* $1500 a complete 3rd row seat with all parts & fittings could be mine.

LOL, I wish I was $1500 richer. Maybe it was because mine were Henna red, but even the dumpster needed convincing to take them.
But...if you want Henna red C-pillars I would gladly trade. :D It's the only thing I have left. Although they really don't have much different other than a clip thing to hold the seat belts out of the way. The mounting hole is in the headliner. -Rog EDIT: I meant different than if you just cut a slot and put a generic seat belt grommet in there, which is the way I would go if I wanted to add it to a non-vomit seat car. |
PM sent roger.
