I need to cut the headliner to get the ceiling seat belt mounts attached. Could someone with a 300TD take some measurements as to where the mount is located so I know where to cut? Or is there another good method of finding that spot under the headliner?

You can try to feel the top of the headliner for the mounting points. Someone could take a pic of it or a measurement to get the exact area where it is mounted. I have the seat belt sides for those..

Thanks, that pic actually helped. I poke around for a bit and finally found the location. Once you find it by feel it is pretty obvious.
