I do remember an episode where they were supposed to be doing a regular maintenance on a Ferrari and could only think, I wonder how much the owner of the Ferrari got paid to have them touch it and do the work. I hope around $125/hr or better. |

Over the past year it was nice to see Mike Brewer demonstrate some of his technical abilities. Edd China will really be missed. He was genuine.

Sad news that Edd is leaving, apparently because Velocity took over and wanted to dumb-down the technical aspects. It is cheaper to film guys screaming at each other than actually demonstrating tricky repairs. The dichotomy between Ed's proper speaking and manners against Mike's more base British haggling made the dialog interesting. Something even us Americans could notice. Perhaps Wheeler Dealers will now devolve into a fake Miami Tow, with British accents.

The head guy on F/L is a total looser whom is playing to the crowd watching on big screen from Rent A Center, has a rusted out Chevy Cobalt from the buy here pay here lot and is between shots of heroin. Same goes for the now into obscurity Monster Garage guy. |
