For the 2.5L turbo, you need part number 2015006803.
This radiator has the thickest core from all the w201 radiators, though it seems to be no longer available from MB. Nissans has it, part number 62602, but it's a crazy $500 plus dollars. Do a search on the part number, maybe there is a cheaper aftermarket version somewhere.

Are you sure about that part number? I think it's 2015009103. In any event, both 2015009103 and 2015006803 are still available, even here on Pelican.

2015006803 and 2015009103 are both correct part numbers.

Here is an off brand for $227, cheaper than the $500 radiators I am seeing.

Radiators for Mercedes Benz 190D, OEM REF#2015006803 from BuyAutoParts.com

before you damage your new radiator, be CERTAIN your lower radiator support structure is not rusted away!

don't ask how I know to check this!

Did you ever find a new radiator? I've noticed a few other members. Myself included are on the hunt for a 190dt radiator.

I am thinking that we should start a thread and setup a bulk order for a few all aluminum 190dt radiators.
