Broken plastic on shifter surround - sloppy look

I had this panel out to R&R the window switches, but managed to break more than half of the plastic tabs that lock-in the rubber trim around the shifter.

Now the trim is permanently loose and looks sloppy.

Any suggestions on replacement? Would I have to replace the whole wood piece?

If....

If your piece is similar to my W124, it's no big deal to replace it. Just find one on ebay. Might cost all of $10.

2016830106. It's not that it's NLA, I don't think it's ever been available. I've been hunting for this for 15 years, if you find a source let me know.
