123 manual window regulator removal

Hi all. I am trying to get a manual front door regulator out of the door. I have it all loose except for the end of the scissors device which is captured in the plastic sliding thingie.

Can someone explain how to get that out of its slide track please?

My memory is a bit fuzzy, as I replaced a broken regulator and nylon glide many years ago.
IIRC, there is a small clip on the back of the post that holds the nylon glide that must be removed first.

I believe that hole of the nylon glide may be keyed and the rear lower leg of the scissors must be aligned at a spot in the channnel outside the normal range of travel
(by first detatching the upper rail from the window glass) so that is can be pulled out of the keyed hole of the glide.

If you use an inspection mirror and a small flashlight you can view the back of the glide and how the clip is attached to the post holding the glide...and also see if the post is keyed to the glide, once the clip is removed.
I remember it did take me a few minutes of study to determine the steps on how to remove the arm from the channel in order to replace the broken nylon glide.

Sorry, if my answer is not exact.

Thanks Alec! I have done this before but had forgotten a couple of those steps you mention.

Yeah, I found another bolt that I could not see before. I did use a small mirror to spot it. 10 mm as so many bolts are in a benz. I swear 85% of the bolts are 10 mm. After getting the first one out after over an hour of struggle, the second one came out in ten minutes.

Thanks again guys!
