82 300dt blower help Please
At my wits end here . New climate control unit and blower . Swapped resistor with a junkyard unit and even replaced supplementary water pump just because it was ugly. Seems like I get a varied voltage at fuse 8 but thought that could have been the resistor. Help

Found the problem, blower regulator has a burn pin. But now the question for you guys. Mine has a number 1 147 328 027 , on it and all the replacements I have seen have a slightly different number like ending in 026, in there a difference? Sorry if I seem like a noobie. First Mercedes . I would resolder the pin but the board look a little toast at that trace. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
