I know these cars are hard to destroy, but I pushed it too far --trying to get my sons to a birthday party, of all things! Will let ya'll know if it shifts again once I get the chance! |

Here is what I ended up replacing them with on the 1984 300DT and soon on the 1991 560SEL. I believe I purchased them at home depot. Anyway, they show another brand of 3/8" rubber insulated clamps that would probably work just as well.
