Yep, while is an easy color to spray but difficult to formula match. The other issue is the entire cars doesn't fade at a consistent rate. If a car is parked in a garage with a window, there will be a band of faded paint matching the arc of sun light.

I advertised what was left of the car on my local Craigslist, and a guy sent a truck to pick it up and bring it to Las Vegas. Evidently the guy has a Mercedes-Benz shop there, and has an E500 that is wrecked. He is going to use this good body as a donor to make a good car. I was able to sell the front clip (less the parts I used for the '07), and get back most all of the $ I invested. That makes me happy. Consider this thread closed.......Rich
