Transmission reseal
Planning to pull the tranny in my 1987 124 (722.3) for a reseal, it leaks pretty bad at the selector shaft which requires some disassembly and I need shift bushings as well so I thought I'd just pull it out and reseal everything. Is anyone aware of a reseal kit besides buying a whole rebuild kit? Or just order piece meal? I am figuring piston cover orings, selector shaft, front shaft seal, filler tube, cooler tube crush washers, pan gasket, modulator, kickdown switch, Bowden cable and possibly front pump seal.

In this case a kit usually comes out cheaper, ck cost on labor though ,if the mechanic wants to replace everything the kit supplies it may come out higher on the hours and labor.
