looking for an expert mechanic in CO
hey everyone just looking for a mechanic whos an expert in MB 300D.
just need to know what the hecks going one with my transmission and dont wanna spend too much on a new one if i can try to save the original. thanks everyone

Landi German Motors...in Parker, CO
Lots of work done by them on my 560SL and while not cheap, they know what they're doing in terms of MBs. 303-841-9558, ask for Dave... dom chang

In Denver, you used to be able to use one of the most well known independent Mercedes mechanics anywhere--Stu Ritter. 303-698-2431 1250 S. Inca St. Not too far from I-25 and Alameda. But, I think he has sold his shop to someone else. I'm guessing the buyer should be good to maintain the shop's reputation.
There's also another independent Mercedes repair shop close , Star Tech Mercedes. I know nothing about their reputation but have visited their shop to look for parts once.

thanks for the pointers
however, both locations are not convenient to me in terms of dropoff and pickup.
did find a place though in Parker, CO which meets the convenience criteria and they claim a collective 40+ years of working on german cars including of course MBs. I've not had work done by them but once I do, will post something to the forum for anyone in the SE denver metro area. They're called Parker Imports. Anyone have any experience with them?
