Thank you for your response!

Is this the hi-line (pricey) shop for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, etc,. in Papillion that I have heard about?

I'm sure he charges more than some guy operating out of his home but if you want something fixed right, they will do it.

A good example is doing transmission fluid changes. Mark will flush the fluid completely if there is no torque converter drain plug. I had a problem with the local Mercedes dealer a number of years ago when I had them replace the transmission fluid on a 2009 E320 Bluetec and they didn't drain the converter. The car was CPO so I had the dealer do the service. Even though the car has a torque converter drain plug, a lot of dealers routinely don't drain the converter on a fluid change. I asked them if they would just change half of the engine oil on that service and of course the answer was no to that.

He also does a lot of tire work.
