It WILL work with any 60X engine (602,603,606etc), but NOT with any 61X (616,617 etc). At least not without a bell housing cut and paste (this is difficult, but has been done before).

That's exactly the transmission I bolted onto my om603.
Another OM603 5 speed swap

Thanks, I need to sell a 190e 2.6 with this trans. for my mom. The car ran well before being stored by my dad who passed away 2 years ago. 135k miles. No rust.

Baltimore/DC area.

What is fair price for car with this type of trans.?

A fair price is whatever a buyer in your area is willing to pay. I'd start with an asking price around $2500 or $3k and see what happens. If the car cannot be driven, you'll be lucky to get $1k.
